Management Trainee Program – LITE

As part of Takaful Malaysia’s continuous efforts to develop its next generation of industry experts, we are now offering our very own Management Trainee Program. This program will provide fresh graduates a platform to accelerate their career. Our Leadership Intensive Talent Enrichment (LITE) offers you the following:

1. Two (2) years talent structured program with intensive insurance background

2. Job rotation across at least 4 to 5 different business areas.

3. Leadership training, mentoring and coaching

4. Accelerated Development focuses on grooming towards a managerial position.

The selection criteria:

– Degree in any business disciplines or equivalent with min CGPA 3.5

– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

– Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory .

– Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point.

– Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.

– Self-motivated and with good interpersonal skills, must work with utmost confidentiality and trust.

– Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills

– Active in co-curricular activities or involvement in any project management initiatives will be an added value
