Conduct classroom session(s) for assigned level.
Develop lesson plans for day-to-day teaching activities and establish learning objectives for the day based on curriculum plans and guidelines provided.
Professionally engage with children effectively and ensure physical and emotional well-being are properly taken care of.
Monitor and record a child’s learning growth progress through classroom assessment, evaluation.
Working hand-in-hand with English Partner Teacher in regards to the children in their class.
Establish and maintain good relationships with parents.
Ongoing engagement and communication with parents/ guardians on child’s progress, issues, etc. through periodical updates.
Provide formal feedback of child’s development.
Update class records, child’s portfolio and communication via Seesaw platform.
Manage logistics planning for non-curriculum activities (e.g. field trips) and festive activities.
Guide and mentor Support mandarin teachers.
Supporting operational or external events as and when needed.
Communicate with other teachers across levels.
Attend mandatory trainings when needed.

Strong Mandarin language proficiency
Classroom management and lesson delivery skills
Lesson planning skills
Literacy and numeracy skills
Drama and speech skills
Logistic planning skill
Ability to engage children and parents
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Understanding of child development and learning needs
Relevant qualification in teaching and/or early childhood or its equivalent recognised by Ministry of Education
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
