Job Description

Digital Marketing:

Social Media Management – in charge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok etc.

E-shop arrangement – uploading, editing, orders process, etc.

Online marketing campaigns – propose and manage online marketing campaigns, contest, promotions and with other partner collaborations.

Online material arrangement – communicate with designers and partners for matters relating to the advertisement banner, product photos, promotion visual etc.

Manage complaints, troubleshoot, exchange and return items etc for online customers.

Coordinate with logistic partners and to ensure the online orders are smooth and deliveries are on time.

Generate monthly report for online sales and analyse the monthly online sales data.

Membership Management – Member details entry and keeping updated records.


Execute all marketing related processes via forms submission, purchase requisition, invoices etc and keeping track of all records.

Generate the promotions & campaign Memo, external and internal documents etc.

Coordinate marketing materials such as poster, bunting, banner, flyers etc.

Shopping malls – campaigns and communications, marketing materials support such as display & music.

Job Specification:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/digital marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin a plus, as it will help to manage the Chi/Eng content and perform mild translation tasks.
Required Skill(s): MS Office such as Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
