Job Description
- Create Social media profiles for new Businesses on an ad hoc basis (training provided)
- Reply to clients on Whatsapp & liaise with Purchasing Team (training provided)
- Packing of products if necessary and sorting by customer & arranging deliveries from office to client’s premise (guidance provided)
- Standby at the office to accept deliveries & check raw materials upon receipt on an ad hoc basis
- Simple excel entries (with full guidance)
- Provide secretarial and administrative duties to Director
- Organize daily routine work
- Assist in managing schedules, and correspondences, and handling private and confidential matters
- Maintain Directors’ office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
- Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the Directors and Company at all times
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Maintain good working order for all business correspondences, records, and administrative facilities which include mail, filing, or document keeping
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superiors
