E-commerce Intern


Job Description


  • Assist the Operations Specialist in coordinating the overall operation of e-commerce stores.
  • Learn and manage the product creation process ensuring new products and categories are uploaded correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain, create, and understand weekly reports and tools used by the merchant team.
  • Assist to track and analyse the sales of new products and inventory, prepare and conduct seasonal trend research.
  • Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales data, customer feedback and market trends.
  • Participate in designated business-focus projects to research and propose ideas and solutions.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Operational ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.


  • Students currently pursuing higher education in relevant field.
  • Digital savvy with good analytical skills.
  • Organized and responsible, with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
