1. Marketplace Management
a. Learning the feature, functions and metrics of each platform marketplace.
b. Learning how to create contents according to the content guidelines.
c. Learning the feature, functions and metrics of each platform marketplace.
d. Assist to operate and manage marketplace.
· Update or edit information.
e. Exposed with the knowledge of how the process flow to operate and manage marketplaces.
f. Enhance clients store performance level by creating effective promotion and activities.
g. Learning fulfilment operation on how to process order and pack orders correctly.
2. Competitor Watch
a. Conduct and analyse competitor watch on clients competitors through:
• Study on clients competitors E-Commerce platform to check their latest marketing activities.
• Providing best suggestions / recommendation after conducting and analyse competitors activities.
3. Consumers Satisfaction
a. Ensure and enhance consumers / buyers happiness and satisfaction.
b. Learn to handle consumers / buyers’ comments / reviews from marketplace.
4. Explore E-Commerce Enabler and Reporting
a. Study and explore the e-Commerce enabler ecosystem via research, analyzing and engagement
• E-Commerce enabler services in market
• Existing Marketplace / E-commerce Platform Features
• E-commerce Platforms by Industry (Malaysia & Global
• E-commerce daily trend
• Warehouse & Logistics services

b. Analyze and measure client E-Commerce store performance / results through the reporting.
