–          Provide administrative support to HR professionals.

–          Prepare HR-related correspondence and documents.

–          Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.

–          Support in improving the onboarding and offboarding process.

–          Assist in posting job openings on job boards and school internship portals.

–          Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.

–          Any other ad hoc assignments from your supervisor.
