Working Days: 5-day work week
A) Requirements
- Minimum LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proven ability to complete a full set of accounts.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Adaptable to short deadlines, long hours (including weekends and public holidays when required), and demanding clients.
- Competent with Google Suite, Excel, and other computer applications.
- Familiar with accounting software and willing to learn new platforms.
B) Responsibilities;
- Planning and implementing finance, compliance, administration, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensuring timely updates of management accounts and daily finance activities.
- Collaborating with clients and team members to update project budgets and financial positions.
- Closing accounts for projects and societies.
- Liaising with LHDN for tax filings, submissions, and payments.
- Handling SST compliance with JKDM.
- Coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries.
- Working closely with Project and AMC Teams.
- Reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
