As a Sales Executive at Alpine Integrated Solution Sdn. Bhd., you will be instrumental in driving the company’s revenue growth and expanding our client base. A successful Sales Executive will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Sales Executives are expected to be proactive, results-driven, and capable of building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration/Mass Communications/Advertising/Media or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the event industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks under strict deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, handle crises, and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with event trends and industry regulations.
