The Role
You are responsible to recruit the graduated university students into School of Careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment of undergraduates and graduates to enrol into School of Careers.
Execute and monitor recruitment activities to meet the annual target.
Research, develop, and produce leads for all the prospects to ensure recruitment target is achieved.
Plan and implement recruitment strategies in line with a marketing plan.
Work with various stakeholders to ensure all recruitment initiatives and activities are conducted accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to the recruitment teams across the campuses.
Establish and grow a network of agents and career services practitioners and also maintain a cordial working relationship with them.
You’ll be working with mentors, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating rates and contracts.
You’ll be planning ahead and strategizing with the management team to produce education that is job-guaranteed and relevant to the industries’ needs.

Skills and Qualification of an Ideal Candidate:
Basic exposure/experience in education management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Strong administrative skills and an ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Budget management and scheduling skills
Ambition and an ability to work on own initiative to accomplish tasks
Strong academic and extracurricular record.
